Who gets the shots?

The Covid-19 vaccine is like tequila — a lot of people are hoping to be the first to get the shots and leave for the parties. Of course, much like tequila shots, quite a few are apprehensive about the whole thing as well. As for how long their struggle against what seems like an inevitable invasion of their person is concerned, that can be set aside for the main question in hand right now: Who gets the vaccine first?
